It is noted with great satisfaction that Dr. Manohar Singh Grewal, Dr. Naunihal Singh and Dr. Harbans Singh Sraon have been entrusted with the responsibilities of the offices they served so well the past year. This indeed is an appropriate recognition of their selfless and dedicated services. The criterion for election to such high and responsible offices should be capability of the individual who can serve dedicatedly and selflessly with total loyalty to the organization and is a good communicator with good public relations skills, Individuals who hobnob with governments or their agents should be avoided however big or recognized their names or status may be.
