NEW DELHI, India: Mr. Sultan Singh, Chairman of the Kisan Wing of All India Congress (I) Committee is understood to have resigned from its post. According to informed sources, Mr. Sultan Singh resigned in protest against the poor treatment meted out to him during the period of Chairmanship of the wing.
