AMRITSAR, Punjab, India: Bhai Nirvair Singh has denied reports appearing in the Canadian media that Sikhs would blow up the Canadian Embassy if Mr., Inderjit Singh Riyat was extradited to Canada. He said that “we have no problem with any government, except the Indian government”, He further said that these threats were the handiwork of Indian agents.
Meanwhile, the Panthic Committee in a statement pointed out that only the Akal Takht Chief and the official spokesperson was competent to issue any statement.
No importance should be attached to a statement issued by any other source, they said.
