Baba Joginder Singh, Convener United Akali Dal, has nominated the following persons to the General Assembly of World Sikh Organization as representatives from India.

- S. Harminder Singh Sandhu
- S. Manjit Singh (brother of Bhai Amrik Singh)
- S. Jagir Singh Rode (Brother of Sant Jarnail Singh)
- Lt. Col. Bhagat Singh
- S. Gurtej Singh
- S. Harinder Singh Khalsa (Norway)
Three members will be nominated later on. General Bhullar and Professor Sidhu will serve on The Governing Council of the ‘World Sikh Organization.
