Chandigarh — Punjab government released 600 more innocent Sikhs detained since June July, 1984. Governor Arjan Singh disclosed that the release order was given on the instructions of the Central Government. Government is also gradually withdrawing cases of sedition that were indiscriminately filed against large number of law abiding Sikhs on flimsy grounds.
