NEW DELHI, India: A 12 year old son of an officer, attached to the security of the Prime Minister has been missing. From B.S.F. Higher Secondary School Jullundur since January 18, 1988. Pardip Kumar, a student of class 7th, was last seen at 5:30 p.m. on January 18, 1988. According to the F.I.R. lodged by the Principal of school. His father, Mr. Jog Ram, is a BSF. Officer attached to the Prime Minister’s security at New Delhi.
Meanwhile, government of India has constituted a commission of enquiry to look into this aspect and appointed Justice S.P. Takkar a serving judge of the Supreme Court to enquire into this incident and propose measures to ensure safety of the children and parents of those serving at sensitive positions.
