Belgrade — four people were killed and another 10 were injured in a fire that swept through a hotel in the Vrucica spa in central Yugoslavia, spa officials said Sunday.
The blaze ripped through the Kardial Hotel Saturday afternoon, killing four patients at the Vrucica medical center where mineral water is used to treat heart, blood vessels and rheumatic ailments.
