‘ISLAMABAD, Jan. 4, Reuter: A French journalist who entered Afghanistan with Moslem rebels was sentenced on Monday to 10 years in jail for spying, the official Kabul radio said,
Alain Guillo, 45, was accused of collecting military secrets and activities harming the interests of the Afghan government, the radio monitored in Islamabad said.
The reporter and cameraman were sentenced by a special revolutionary court in Kabul, in the presence of a French Consular official.
