CHANDIGARH: The five members Panthic Committee (Zafarwal) gave a call for a 28 hour Punjab bandh on Aug 13 and 14 and to observe Aug 15 as a black day.
In a statement signed by Wassan Singh Zafarwal, Ranjodh Singh Khalsa, Shubeg Singh Tarn Taran, Sukbir Singh Advocate and Karnail Singh Hoshiarpur, the Committee appealed to all militant organization Akali factions, Dalits and Punjabis to support the Bandh.
