NEW YORK: Indian government, it persecuting Sikhs, has refilled the extradition case against S. Sukhminder Singh Sandhu and S. Ranjit Singh Gill. Since the deadline for the Indian government fell on a Saturday, Oct. 27, they moved the court on Monday, Oct. 29.
Judge Sweet who had last month thrown the case out on grounds that the Indian government had intentionally suppressed evidence and tried to mislead the court had felt that unless India appealed or refilled the case the two Sikh youths should be set free.
