CHANDIGARH: Three militants were killed and two arrested in Punjab over the weekend.
Security forces gunned down Bhola Singh, a listed member of the Khalistan Commando Force (Panjwa) and his unidentified accomplice in an encounter near Bachoana village in Mansa district April 16.
