HYDERABAD: The fate of the kidnapped Congress I party legislator from the Ramayampet constituency and two village level governing bodies presidents who were abducted on Tuesday last, continued to hang in balance, even as the kidnapped Telugu Desam party legislator M Venkateshwer Rao, was released by Maoist guerrillas at Nizamabad in Andhra Pradesh late Wednesday.
