CHANDIGARH, India: The Punjab Government has created three new police districts. Two of them in Amritsar district and one in Gurdaspur. The headquarters of the two police districts in Amritsar will be Baba Bakala and Rehatkar and in Gurdaspur at Batala. Each of the new police districts is likely to be under the police officer with the rank of Senior Superintendent Police. According to information. One or two SSPs from border district may be shifted to look after these new districts,
