LUDHIANA: Atal Bihar Vajpayee senior BJP leader urged the Prime Minister to convene an all-party meeting on the Punjab situation
Addressing a Press conference here Vajpayee said the Congress government in Punjab had completed 90 days but there were no signs of improvement in the situation. Militant violence and killings were continuing unabated despite the presence of security forces. Vajpayee said the only redeeming feature of the whole situation was the maintenance of Hint Sikh unity and the morale of nation was strong as be! Vajpayee assailed the: failing to provide an age.
