CHANDIGARH, India: Jathedar Jiwan Singh Umranangal has been adequately rewarded for his so called brave fight against the Sikh freedom fighters. The Punjab government has appointed his grandson Pramrraj Singh son of S. Sukhdev Singh, who was recently killed by some unknown gunmen as Deputy Superintendent of Police.
Mr. Umranangal, junior, is still a student and had joined the law college at Chandigarh recently.
