PHNOM PENH, Cambodia: Assailants fired at the camp of 20 UN. Civilian policemen in Siem Reap province, damaging offices and houses. It was the fifth attack on international peacekeepers in a week. No one was injured. On past occasions the Khmer Rouge have detained and robbed peacekeepers. It appeared the Khmer Rouge were responsible for the massacre of 29 Cambodian civilians recently at a video parlor in Central Cambodia.
