MOSCOW: Terrorists set off a bomb Sunday on a train bound for the Azerbaijani capital of Baku, killing 13 passengers and injuring 12, ‘Officials said. The bomb, contained in a package, exploded in a ‘sleeping compartment of the train as it was leaving Gudermes, a Village in the self-proclaimed Chechen republic of southern Russia.
