MONTREAL Montreal Canadians Stanley cup victory sparked a riot which left $10 million in damages. Police’s strategy for any outburst of vandalism after the game fell apart as the rioters smashed store windows, stole merchandise and damaged vehicles. Montreal police chief told reporters that there were an estimate 60,000 people and only 10% took part in vandalism. He said that it is hard to sort out culprits.
