NEW YORK: The Sikh Community of Washington DC and New York Tri-State area staged a flamboyant bur disciplined protest on New York’s Madison Avenue on August 21 against the State Sponsored Terrorism in Occupied Punjab (Khalistan) India.
The 500 colorfully dressed Sikh Men, women and children chanting loud Pro-Khalistani slogans, waving black flags and Saffron colored Khalistani banners assembled at noon on Madison “Avenue on 23rd Street across from at the venue of the annual Indian independence Day Parade covertly financed and organized by the “Friends of the BJP” and the Indian Consulate.
The nearly million strong Sikh community of North America, which has boycotted every Indian public and private function, since ‘UNCOL 1984, has this year changed its tactics and is now mounting Well-organized, colorful ingenious, spirited text-book protests to expose the Indian hypocrisy Whenever and where-ever the fascist Indian government (or is Minions the Jan Sang his) stage a Show/parade to impress the American public – this according to a press Release from the Khalistan Affairs Center in Washington DC, Sunday’s noisy and very visible New York protest focused on US business with and Investment in India and urged the American public to Stay away from the volatile fascist Indian Theocracy” which masquerades as a democracy.
