Chandigarh: There was mounting tension between the supporters of Sant Ajit Singh and Mr. Gurcharan Singh Tohra S.G.P.C. president which resulted in a scuffle on 23rd December at Chamkaur Sahib. ‘Chandigarh: Mr. Hardev Singh a senior Vice President of the Ropar district of the Akali Dal and a supporter of Sant Ajit Singh was thrown out of the field. Earlier addressing the congregation Mr. Sher Singh and Mr. Bachittar Singh said, Gurdwara Parwar Vichora would be liberated from the control of Sant Ajit singh Mr, Bachittar Singh demanded the dissolution of the local unit of the ‘Akali Dal.
