NEW DELHI, India: The papers of S, Simaranjit Singh Mann for the Rajya Sabha seal have been accepted. There are ten candidates for the two seats from Punjab. The government spokesman told the newsmen that Bihar Government was informed about the oath taking ceremony according to Constitution Mr. Mann took the oath on 15th of June, Talking to newsmen, former Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal said that many obstacles were put by the Bihar Government in the way of Mr. Manns nomination. He had talked to the Chief of Election Commission in this regard. Mr Badal further said that serious consequences may result in crushing the democratic & constitutional rights of person. The acceptance of the nomination paper has further deepened the split between has group of Akali Dal.
