Article 7: Finance
(a) All the expenses of organisation shall be met from the funds raised through membership fees and donations.
(b) No donation shall be accepted from Government or political parties or their representatives.
(c) Receipt of all funds shall be against official receipt of the P.H.R.O.
(d) Funds shall be audited every year. Such audited reports shall be open to inspection by the members.
