NEW DELHI: The metropolitan magistrate, Mr. TR. Naval on ‘Thursday issued warrants for the arrest of the acting Akal Takht jathedar, Mr. Darshan Singh who is facing sedition charges.
The magistrate ordered that the warrants be executed by September 10.
He issued notice to the surety of Mr. Darshan Singh The chief public prosecutor, Mr. RK, Khanna, urged the court to use methods to procure his presence in the court.
