I am happy to hear that the Akali leaders have unified through the good graces Of Sri Singh Sahib Professor Manjit Singh Jathedar of the Akal Takht. I am also happy that the Akall fenders have accorded due supremacy to the Akal Takht Nonetheless unity for the liberation of Khalistan is the only remedy for the Sikh nations agony. It is regrettable that the Akalis have unified under more autonomy for Punjab and a federal structure to the Indian constitution. In essence the Akalis have asked the tyrant Delhi government to accept the outdated demands of the 1973 Anandpur Sahib Resolution. If the Delhi government refused to accept the Anandpur Sahib Resolution in 1973 or the Akall Charter of Grievances in 1981 what makes the Akall leaders think the Delhi government will accept the same demands now? Indeed Indian Home Minister S.B. Chavan labeled your demand for a federated India a demand for the breakup of India. It is ironic that Indias Home Minister can gauge the true freedom aspirations of the Sikh masses while the Akali leaders are too scared to articulate them. In. any case the Home Minister has rejected your demand for a federated India so now you should begin a Shantmai (peaceful) morcha for the liberation of Khalistan thus been over twenty years since the Anandpur Sahib Resolution In the interim the Delhi government attacked the Golden Temple organized the 1984 anti-Sikh Delhi massacres oversaw the murder of Sikh youth continued to divert Punjab’s river waters to non-riparian states and betrayed all political promises it under took with the Sikh nation Nonetheless the Akalis SUM expect the Delhi government to capitulate to their demands. Why? Do they expect the government of Narasimha Rao the Home Minister during the Delhi anti-Sikh massacres 10 accept their demands? How many more Sikh children will go to jail before the Akalis come to their senses? How many more women will be raped?
Autonomous status has done nothing for Kashmir. Why do the Akalis think autonomy within India can be of advantage to the Sikh nation? As long as the Sikh nation is ruled by a foreign government we will continue to be murdered raped and tortured The Kashmiris have the same autonomy that the Akalis now want but they have suffered as much as any other state m India. What good is autonomy under the Delhi government?
On January 24 1993 Khalistan was admitted as a full member of the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization. On August 5 1993 to members of Congress asked for a plebiscite in Khalistan. On November 17 1993 24 members of Congress asked President Clinton to resolve the crisis in Khalistan. On February 14 194 29 members of Congress asked that Amnesty International be allowed to investigate human rights violations in Punjab Khalistan On April 13 1994 Congressman Dan Burton said that Khalistan will be free by 1999. If members of the U.S Congress can support freedom for Khalistan then why are the Akalis afraid to stand strong for Khalistan?

I call upon the Akali leaders to unify for a Shantmai (peaceful) morcha for Khalistanis liberation. They must boycott the Indian govern merit and boycott all elections under the Indian constitution.
