Last year, when researchers at the University of Pennsylvania found that the blood pressure of hypertensive patients could be temporarily lowered by gazing at an aquarium filled with tropical fish. It was an inspiration for film maker, Jacob Podber. He immediately started filming fishes, prepared a 60-minute tape which he claims can be used as a stress reduction tool.

He has also made other videos including one that of logs burning away in a fireplace. Complete with the sounds of crackling wood.
