MRS. DARLENE R. DHILLON is a very affectionate and respected personality of the Sikh community.
She was born in Seattle, Washington, and grew up in Pacific North West. She did her undergraduate work at the University of Hawaii and graduate work at University of California, Berkley. She taught French and Spanish at the secondary level until 1970. She is working at present in business management for a Scandinavian import furniture company.
Her special interests are of writing articles and developing ideas for the growth of the Sikh community together with Dr. Sulakhan Singh Dhillon, her husband.
She claims as her goal to be someway a bridge between America and Punjab for the enrichment of both.
