MR. HARINDER SINGH KOHLL, a financial executive with a reputed bank is an example of living computer. His outstanding achievements and sharp intelligence has made him a legendary figure in the financial circles of U.S.A.
Mr Kohli was born on July 15, 1945, at Rawal Pindi now in Pakistan. After partition, the family had to shift to Delhi in 1947. Mr. Kohli did his schooling in 1961 with distinction Zeaward of Merit Scholarship in Higher Secondary examination. In 1966, he took B. Tech degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi with a top position in his class.
Soon after this, Mr. Kohli went to England to undertake a one year management training course with a British Air Company ‘Hawker Siddeley” the maker of famous fighter planes like Knat and Avro 7, etc.
Mr. Kohli still feeling thirsty of more avenues of knowledge he went to Canada in 1967 to get his master degree from University of Waterloo, Mr. Kohli worked with Bosco Montreal 196874 as an executive. Still having feelings of flying more high in life, Mr. Kohli migtated to U.S.A. in 1974 and did M_B.A. specializing in Finances from University of Michigan. He then joined the national bank of Detroit as Vice-president, Investment Specialist in high technology business. Now Mr. Kohli is working with Sutro and Co. as Vice-president, involved in investment banking functions including mergers and acquisitions, public offering of stock venture capital in the field of high technology. He also manages money of individual clients and acts as stock broker, specializing in Pension Keogh Plans.
