It would seem like some of our well known religious preachers and scholars have been (1) scared so much by the armed and corrupt Indian forces that they fear the consequences for speaking the truth or (2) they feel our just Claim to an independent democratic Sikh homeland should not be mixed with religious preaching or (3) they are just simply against the formation of such a state

We living in Canada have seen many discredited figures and “so called” saints arrive here and spread false propaganda against our beloved jujahroos in the battlegrounds. We have witnessed these people spread half the message of Guru Nanak dev ji that is to live a life of peace harmony and tranquility with your neighbors. But they purposely omit the other half of the message which is to stand up for the rights of the down trodden for one’s own rights and against evil. Guru ji taught us to live a life of action There’s no doubt the Sikh nation wants to live a life of Peace but today our nation has been forced to protect its own existence with all means possible. We must support our brothers and sisters in India so that we can achieve that peace.

The five member Panthak Committee established by the Sarbat Khalsa has been very clear we do not condone unnecessary violence but are for a peaceful settlement so that we can live a life of tranquility in our own democratic country to be named “Khalistan.” Khalistan is not a demand that will eventually fade away. Khalistan is our destiny. No religious or political stooge will be allowed to damage this demand. Sikhism believes in democracy any such decision effecting the Sikh-Nation must be put to the test of a democratic way through such means as a sarbat Khalsa. No person no matter what his authority has the right to change a Gurmata which has been endorsed by the Sarbat Khalsa such as the one in 1986 when the five member Panthak Committee was formed and given the right to govern the affairs of the ‘Khalsa Nation’ during this critical period.

We can look back from 1984 to the present and see the results of the Panthak-Committee then we can look at the results of other splinter groups who wish to portray themselves as leaders of the Sikh-Nation Panthak Committee is the only International Umbrella Organization with leaders. You then ask yourself who cams the right to be a leader. A self-appointed one or one appointed by a Sarbat Khalsa.

I end here with three final messages to our beloved preachers from India and to our so-called leaders.

  1. We realize every human being can get scared but once he gets scared he should not become an obstacle He should sit home and live a life of prayers until he regains his courage to speak out against evil corruption and against dictators.
  2. The preachers who feel politics should not be discussed in Gurdwara’s should study the philosophy of mir-piri a little more. One does not earn the right to preach if he does not speak against evil corruption and terrorism. For a Sikh religion is always first but he does not believe in being chicken-hearted He does not accept dictators he leans towards democracy and lives his life in a democratic way.
  3. The preachers who are against the formation of an Independent Sikh struggle no words can describe you. You are a very lost soul and we pray to the Almighty to give you the wisdom to understand and correct the damage you are doing. Khalistan will be formed even without you but as a preacher or religious scholar you have a duty that you are not fulfilling.
