CHANDIGARH: Punjab education minister Harnam Dass Jauhar has issued a warning to the authorities of Punjab University Chandigarh that the state government would stop its grant if the university failed to enforce Punjabi as a compulsory subject up to the graduation level. The minister also neither asked the university not to allow any say to senators belonging to Haryana to meddle with the university affairs as Harayna did not pay any grant to the university nor did it affiliate any college to Punjab University.
