Police and Paramilitary forces have the following commonly used methods of torture:

(A) The person being interrogated is laid supine on the floor and a heavy wooden roller is rolled on their thighs.

 (B) Putting ground chilies in the eyes and private parts of the person.

(C) Hanging the person upside down from the roof till he faints.

(D) Beating his limbs and joints with staffs.

(E) Giving the person electric shocks.

(F) If the interrogate is a woman then she is abused in filthy language and is sexually humiliated. (G) The legs are stretched apart till the muscles and pelvic is ripped.

 (H) Keeping the tortured and tormented person hungry and thirsty is but common practice.

(I) in the cold keeping them naked and in the summer putting the interrogate in the burning hot sun.

 (J) Not allowing them to sleep for days at a stretch.

 (K) Keening them in solitary confinement cells.
