MALERKOTLA: Simranjit Singh Mann had given a call to all minority leaders in India to reach Gurdwara Rakab Ganj in New Delhi this week to jointly oppose the onslaught on democracy by extension of President’s rule in Punjab
Mann declared that he and his party MPs would resign as a protest against the murder of democracy in Punjab. It is necessary to note that Mann and his colleagues must take oath before resigning.
Mann who was addressing a large conference organized by Indian minorities and Dalits, Tamils, Sikhs, Jharkhand is, Mizos and Muslims to participate in opposing the center’s nefarious designs.
He said he had given a similar call to Akalis last week.
