Talong with my daughter Bhupinder reached Delhi on Oct. 31, 1995, for a short visit. At the airport, we were garlanded, but when our car reached, Punjabi Bagh Police Post, one Hindu Police officer stopped our car and asked how many dollars we have brought with us. We declined to expose, then he threatened to search our suit cases and demanded 300, 00 dollars otherwise. He harassed us for 1/2 hour. At last when I gave him One hundred dollars, then he let us go. It was 3:40 am of Oct. 31, 95. Please check which officer was on duty at that time, and suitable action be taken against him. K, S.
