Dear Editor,

I have received a copy (Vol. 1 No: 11) of the

World Sikh News. Please accept my heartiest congratulations for bringing out this paper.

In a democracy a fight with a pen is as important as a fight with a sword in a battle field. As such, we must admit that we have been lagging behind in this field for the last almost 3 years. The newspapers in India, 100 percent owned by Hindus, had never put our point of view in proper perspective, but instead exploited us for their benefit. This is not only true in India, but overseas also. For instance, the India Tribune from Chicago has a anti Sikh policy. I am watching it for the last 2 years. I have told this paper many times to be “‘fair’’ but fairness is not their motto. Their goal is to please the government of India. I get burned when this paper writes against Bhindranwale.

Sincerely,

Sadhu Singh Rikluzaj
