kHUSHWANT SEAN SINGH was born on December 23, 1948 at Faridkot. He was the third son of his great father, late S. Harbail Singh, a hockey scion of his time. Any person who had been a student of Khalsa College in those days will respectfully remember S. Harbail Singh, a great hockey player and a renowned hockey coach who lost his life in an air crash in Italy. Mr. Sean got Juris Doctor Degree in 1982 from Western State University, Fullerton, California, USA.
He also obtained Certified General Accountant degree in 1972 from Ontario, Canada. Prior to that Mr. Sean got the degree of Bachelor of Commerce from the Punjab University of Chandigarh in 1967.
Mr. Sean got the professional licence as an attorney from State Bar of California, U.S.A. and also. Got a licence of a Certified General Accountant from Ontario, Canada, He is the member of the Orange County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Khushwantisa self-employed practicing as an Attorney in Anaheim, California. He has specialized emphasis in Immigration, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Business Reorganization, Corporation, Taxes and personal injury cases. Before starting his own practice as attorney, Mr. Sean was the manager at Internal Audit McCulloch Corporation/Black & Decker, Los Angeles from 1980-1983
He was also the resident auditor at Rio Algoma Mines/Rio tinto zinc from 1973 to 1978. Mr. Sean has lived in India in his youth from 1948 to 1967. He hitchhiked from India to Europe via Middle East in 1967. He moved to Canada in 1968 and finally migrated to California in 1978.
Mr. Sean is a very popular figure in the social circles of the Indian society.
