NEW DELHI (PTI) India did not succumb to any pressure from the united states to sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and ruled out its participation in a five nation summit to resolve the nuclear issue in south Asia, foreign secretary in Dixit said on his return here on march 14 from Visits to Washington and London.
