LONDON: Major J.S. Ahluwalia rode to glory in the international events held in England on July 6th and 9th. He was riding a horse called Master Thomas.

Ahluwalia won the dressage competition which Is competed by 30 top British riders. Giving ‘on other fine display Ahiwalia again on Master Thomas won the show jumping competition at the Ganna horse trail. In this competition 70 British riders also took part and 25 came clear of all the jumps.

The Sikh champion took the first spot leaving behind some of his famous rivals.

Ahlwalia who is an officer of the 63rd Cavalry in the Indian army is in UK to take part In International competitions.

He will now be participating in the one day event at Dodingtan and will then go to Rome for a competition on July 23.
