WASHINGTON: Soil collected from 38 Holocaust sites in Europe was dedicated Feb.22 in a solemn ceremony at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. About 150 people attended the hour long ceremony the last preopening observance planned for the museum, set to formally open April 26.
