Guru Gobind Singh Foundation is pleased to announce a special program by Bhai Jaspal Singh during the holiday season. A special kirtan diwan will be held every evening (7:30 pm9:00 pm) from December27 to December 31, 1995. The program will be held at the Guru Gobind Singh Foundation Gurdwara at Travilah Road, North Potomac, MD.
The program will start with a Gurupurab celebration for Guru Gobind Singh ji on the evening of December 27th and continue through New Year’s Eve ‘when the program will be held from 10:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.
In addition, Raji Jaspal Singh will also lead kirtan on Sunday morning, December 31, 1995 at 11:00 am 12:30 pm. On January 1, 1996, S. Jaspal Singh will lead kirtan from 10:30.am to 12: noon at a special New Year service.
Raji Jaspal Singh is well known for his melodious voice and spirituality inspiring explanation of Gurbani. In addition, he creates meditative experience during the diwan which is the fundamental of the Sikhi. His kirtan is very popular that National Sikh Center has created a Gurbani Kirtan and spiritual discourse club which send a tape-recording of his Kirtan to its members every month.
