JAMMU: The Governor of troubled Jammu and Kashmir Girish (Chander Saxena, Friday said separatist militants who wanted to return to the national mainstream would be given a fair deal and proper rehabilitation.
The militants have been waging a bloody battle of secession from India.
He said the government would welcome all those involved in militant activities to return to the national mainstream so that they could be treated with sympathy and ultimately rehabilitated.
