Stockton: December 28: Gen. Bhullar and S. Didar Singh Bains, World Sikh Organization Secretary General and Chairman respectively formally released here today the first issue of the World Sikh News. In an informal chat with the editor, they expressed the nope that the newspaper will develop into an effective voice of the World Sikh Organization. The weekly is committed to the objectives of the WSO and will primarily concentrate on projecting and promoting its policies and programs.
