Sacramento: December 30: In a largely attended DIWAN at the local GURUDWARA, the SANGAT prayed in a special ARDAS for the success of WORLD SIKH NEWS and also called upon all Sikh institutions and GURUWARAS to subscribe and promote this national newspaper of the Sikhs. Members of the Gurdwara Committee and the SANGAT that participated in the ARDAS took upon themselves the task of raising at least 300 more. Subscriptions besides their own.
