PARIS: France sent a naval ship Nov.23 to the crippled and capsized yacht of American sailor Mike Plant missing in the Atlantic since reporting trouble last month. There was no sign of Plant when his craft was sighted Sunday. French officials said a tanker spotted the racing sloop Coyote in 8-foot seas 550 miles north of the Azores islands.
