Chandar Shekhar the newly appointed tyrant of India is asking the freedom fighters to negotiate. The fool does not know that freedom is not negotiable. Furthermore what authority he has from his owner Rajiv Gandi to negotiate! Empty noises will not solve anything. As for his stooge Verma, he should know that freedom does not have a price tag. They cannot buy or sell freedom, like the Banias sell lies and treachery. Only a coward or a fool will buy that which is rightfully his. They cannot exchange Chandigarh for Hindu slavery.
