CHANDIGARH: Punjab Government has extended the ban on the entry of the foreigners in the Punjab State until July 2nd, 1986, No foreigner can enter Punjab without a special permit from the concerned authorities. Those already in Punjab with valid visas will have to seek fresh permission for continuing their stay in the State,
