BELGRADE,YOGOSLAVIA: Bobby Fischer and Boris Spassky played to a short but spirited draw Sunday in the 22nd game of their $5 million chess rematch, Fischer had moved to the brink of victory in the match Saturday by wearing down Spassky in a grueling duel to take an 8-4 lead.
