The Indian Brahman had been an oppressor of vast sections of its population for centuries. For the past 50 years, he has been in control of the state; He now employs the state power to put into his policy of social oppression.

But the Brahman is too clever for his subjects. They are hit left and right but remain blissfully ignorant about the oppressor, for, the Brahman has his fro numen like K.P.S. Gill, Beant Singh, Rebeiro etc. to conceal his own identity. He has rented persons belonging to the other religions to do all the dirty things on his behalf. The Brahman killed thousands of youths, mostly belonging to Mennonites and tribes, in the early seventies in India, They were called Naxalites, But when the Naxalites movement was suppressed, the then prime minister, Indira Gandhi, herself wrote to the state chief ministers on how to rehabilitate the “misled Naxalites youths.”” ‘Thus the dirty work was done for her by others’ but the “good work” was done by Indira Gandhi herself. Similarly, while all the dirty ‘work is done these days, again, by men like K.P.S, Gill, the good work is reserved to be done by the Brahman himself. Look at the National Human Rights Commission which is headed by a Mishra Brahman, now on a visit to the USA to present India’s human face to the people of the USA.

The Indian missions across the globe are not tired of telling the ‘world public opinion that India is the world’s largest democracy and that its institutions like the courts are capable of correcting the aberrations on the human rights front, if any. Ambassador Ray went to the extent of saying that the courts in India are so responsive to the sufferers of S.0.S. that a post card, the cheapest means of communication in India, is sufficient to claim judicial redress because these post cards are converted into want petitions by the courts, Ray is the man who was responsible for killing several thousand youths in West Bengal by dubbing them Naxalites. His services were later used by Rajiv Gandhi in Punjab where, too, a few thousand Sikhs were killed in fake encounters. This was, again, the same man who during the 197577 emergency rule of India’s dictator, Indira Gandhi, had pleaded for closing down all the high counts in the country. The subject of this article is not to expose Ray as a hypocrite but to show that his worthy successor in Punjab, Beant Singh, has been following in his footsteps in letter and spirit Beant Singh this week declared that his government would back to the hilt all the policemen being proceeded against for criminal deeds. At least 48 police officers and their subordi nates have been hauled up by the Indian central bureau of investigation on orders by the Supreme Court or Punjab and Haryana high court. These police officers were responsible for abducting and killing several militants or their relations, some of the abductions and killings had nothing to do with politics and were motivated by the desire to acquire property or to settle personal scores. But Beant Singh now says plague on the Supreme Court and is eager to do everything his government could do to help the policemen involved in the killings irrespective of the nature of the killings. By his statement, Beant Singh has clearly let out a state secret: namely that the political executive from the chief minister to the prime minister is deeply involved in crime: the rape, the torture and the Killing. Only the world has yet to know the Indian reality. India’s foreign ministry is busy telling the world that the Indian system does not put up with the wrongdoing, much less with the crime and that numerous members of India’s security forces are being proceeded against. But the cat is out of the bag. Beant Singh’s authentic statement that the government is at the back of the policemen involved in criminal activities exposes the real, fascist character of the Indian Brahman state. Will the state department, please, take note of what Beant Singh has to say? Beant Singh is no ordinary mortal: he is a member of the highest decision-making body the Congress (I) working committee of the ruling party and is a trusted lieutenant of Prime Minister Rao, besides being a head of the ruling party in Punjab.
