NEW DELHI: Gurcharan Singh Babbar, president Shiromani Akali Dal (Babbar) will move the Supreme Court shortly against the recent order of the Delhi High Court dismissing its went petition seeking prosecution of former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao, for his alleged connivance in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. It will also hold a demonstration before the SC on October31 and present a memorandum to/the Chief Justice seeking redressal.
