CHANDIGARH: The Chandigarh police on Sunday arrested its own constable Harpal Singh under the terrorist act for his alleged links with militants. The S.S.P Mr Sumedh Saini in & statement alleged that Harpal Singh had been providing shelter to Bhindranwale Tiger Force of Khalistan men in and around Chandigarh. Harpal Singh was posted in the Sector 34 police post. He is the fifth police official arrested for links with militants
