CHANDIGARH (PTI) Bhai Kabal Singh Lt. Gen of the Sikh militant organization Khalistan Commando Force (KCF) who carried a reward of Rs five lakh and was wanted in connection with over 500 cases according to the police was killed in an encounter at Bhatinda district of North Indian border state Punjab .
In the rich farming state and neighboring Haryana two policemen were shot dead during the period. a Bhatinda report said Kabal Singh was killed in an encounter at a farmhouse in Fulan village. His operations were concentrated in Bhatinda Gurdaspur Amritsar Faridkot & Ferozepur districts.
