LUDHIANA: Noted Sikh writer, human rights active stand political worker Gurbhajan Singh Gil l was released on bail by a local court after being detained for 10 days. He was arrested on the eve of his departure for Talwandi Sabo on the charge of endangering peace. Gill, 75, served the Punjab police as D.S.P. for many years. At Present he looks after the head office of Punjab Human Rights Organization as its secretary. He is also convener of pro-freedom Sikh Vichar Manch.
